Our Client & Challenge
OmniPro Systems provides custom staging and integration of Chromebooks and laptops to schools. We initially redesigned their site in 2017 and they came back to us in 2020 after they had partnered with T-Mobile to eradicate the homework gap by providing laptops to 10 million homes that do not have Internet access. We redesigned their website to showcase their strategic T-Mobile partnership to drive more sales and leads.
Frustration-Free Support Ticketing System
We implemented a mobile-friendly support ticketing system that with ticket history, customizable email notifications, automatic agent assignment, custom ticket form field management, unlimited attachments and time tracking.
Flexible Tabs to Organize Programs Content
We designed some custom tabs to more effectively consolidate and organize programs content. The tabs foster a better user experience by allowing users to more easily navigate and digest the content.
High Converting Pricing Tables
We designed a mobile-friendly devices and completely editable page with pricing tables to showcase the different product pricing options.
