OmniPro Systems provides custom staging and integration of Chromebooks and laptops to schools. We redesigned their website to increase engagement and lead generation, allow applicants to apply for jobs via their website and implemented a support ticketing system to reduce support times for their existing customers.
Support Ticketing System
We implemented a mobile-friendly support ticketing system that with ticket history, customizable email notifications, automatic agent assignment, custom ticket form field management, unlimited attachments and time tracking.
We designed a mobile-friendly form that allowed job applicants to apply and upload their resumes via the website.
